Obituary

Alexander, 95, of Canton died March 24, 2017. A veteran of the US Army Air Corp and retired from Wayne County Register of Deeds. He is survived by his wife Carmela after almost 67 years of marriage. Also surviving are their children, Thomas (Arlene) and Katherine (John) Batchik. Proud grandfather of Michelle, Lisa (Mark), Matthew, Mark (Elisa), and Jeannine (Nicholas). Great grandfather of Ashley (Trevor) and Jackson. Great great grandfather of Evelyn. Also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.

Visitation Monday 2-8pm with a 7pm Rosary Service at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Road, Garden City (Between Ford Road and Cherry Hill). In state Tuesday 10:30am until an 11am Funeral Service at St. Mel Catholic Church, 7506 Inkster (just North of Warren).
