Allen Blaine Lawson, at age 85, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on May 30, 2021.He was surrounded by his loving wife and family in his home.Allen was born March 9, 1936 in Williamsburg, Kentucky.Allen was the beloved husband of Rose Lawson, married 65 years.Allen spent his life serving the Lord and served as a minister and pastor for greater than 50 years.

He is survived by his wife Rose Lawson and children: Larry and Debi Lawson, Deborah and Delton Prater, Gail and Ron Yost, Steven and Elizabeth Lawson, and Denise and Randy Berry; his grandchildren:Adriane and Bradley, Nathanael and Kristina, Tara and Jay, Chad and Paige, Stephanie, Brooke, Hannah, Andrew, Paige, and Ryan; and great-grandchildren:Addison, Alexander, Micah, Julia, Miles, Kayleigh, Chase, and Deanna; and brothers Clayton, Harold, and James.

He was preceded in death by his mother Eva Lawson, father John Meadors, and step-father Ted Lawson.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Hackett-Metcalf Funeral Home from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Reach International Church, 1865 Nowlin Street, Dearborn, Michigan 48124. There will be a viewing at the church from 5:00 pm until the time of the Funeral Service at 6:00 pm.
