Ann passed away peacefully on May 24, 2023, at the incredible age of 103.She lived a very full life and enjoyed cooking, travel, campaigning, and spending time with her friends and family.She lost her husband, Carol Simonds, in 1974 and remained single for the rest of her life. She was preceded in death by siblings Ralph, Sylvester, Katherine, Mary, Daisy, Lena and Arthur, and is survived by sisters Jane and Francis.Her family includes many nieces and nephews.Her passing is also mourned by son Craig, daughter-in-law Vickie, daughter-by-choice Branis, and grandchildren Cory, Angela and Lauren.

Ann's life will be celebrated at a memorial service at the Dearborn Free Methodist Church (2801 S. Telegraph in Dearborn, MI) on Thursday July 13, 2023, at 11:00am.
