Arthur J. Bargowski. Age 96. Passed away at his home on August 5, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Irene Bargowski. Loving father of Thomas (spouse: Patricia) Bargowski. Arthur landed on Normandy, France during World War II. He fought through the European Campaign at the Battle of the Bulge in the Ardennes Forest. Visitation Sunday, August 10, 2014 at Hackett-Metcalf Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. Instate 10:30 a.m. Monday, August 11, 2014 at St. Sebastian Catholic Church until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment at St. Hedwig Cemetery in Dearborn Heights, Michigan
