Barbara Ann Phimister. Age 84. Barbara passed away on Monday, December 21, 2020. Loving mother of Steven (Sheila) Simmons and Lisa (Joe) Wolf. Proud grandma of Ashley (Mike) Heider, Alexandra and Hailey Wolf and Caleb Simmons. Dear sister of Michael (Valerie) Phimister.
