Betty M. Carden, age 89 of Cape Coral, Florida died March 6, 2012. Betty was born June 27, 1922 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Lydia and Frank Kremhelmer. She was the widow of Matthew Carden who preceded her in death in 2002. She was a member of St. Andrew's Church and a life long homemaker.

Betty is survived by her children; Dr. Dennis Carden, Patricia (Robert) Glover and Timothy. She is also survived by sisters Jean Burger and Vera Anderson. Betty also leaves to cherish her memory; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Visitation Monday 2-9pm with a 7pm Rosary at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Rd., Garden City, (Between Ford Rd. & Cherry Hill).

In state Tuesday 10am until 10:30am mass at St. Michael Catholic Church, 11441 Hubbard at Plymouth, Livonia.
