It is with absolute gratitude yet deepest sorrow that the family of Beverly Tonna (née Tipton) announce that she has joined her dear parents Ray and Gwen Tipton and beloved son Todd Selix in her eternal rest on March 19, 2021. Bev is survived by her husband, Henry Tonna, their dog Ajax and her five siblings; Gloria McGaffey, George "Bud" Tipton (Dianne), Yvonne "Bonnie" Walker (Glen), Walter "Jim" Tipton (Denise) and Laurie Bonka (Keith). She is also survived by her children Suzanne Dowd, Eric Selix and Heather Gaydos (Keith); six grandchildren, Chelse Dowd, Spencer Dowd, Patrick Selix, Emma Selix, Macie Gaydos and Ethan Gaydos; along with three great-grandchildren, Peyton, Zaelyn and Henry. Those who knew Bev will remember her as an avid gardener, talented craftmaker and devoted Tigers fan. More than anything else, however, Beverly was best known for her love for her family, be they by blood or by heart. Her friendships were many, deep and for life.
