Brian D. Goodreau. Age 62. Brian passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021. Loving father of Andre (Carrie) Goodreau and Dione Goodreau. Grandfather of Dylan and Sloane. Beloved son of Carl and Joan Goodreau. Cherished brother of Buck (Claudia) Goodreau, Steven (the late Lenell) Goodreau, Ronald Goodreau, Gail (Tim) Shoff, James Goodreau, Laura Fragoso and Diane Goodreau. Dearest uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Brian's life led him down many paths. After graduating from High School, he served in the United States Army. He was very proud of his military service. When he wasn't busy with his video game business, Goody's Games he could be found riding around on his Harley. He enjoyed taking motorcycle trips with his friends and relatives. His favorite place to ride was Dragon's Tail. Brian was a member of the American Legion, the Knights of Columbus and he also served as an usher at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church. Brian also enjoyed hunting. He was best described as a "Gentle Giant". His soft spoken and calm demeanor will be missed by his family and friends and his Dachshund, Dottie Blue.

Visitation will be on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Hackett-Metcalf Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. There will be a Rosary on Sunday evening. The time will be posted as soon as possible. Instate 10:30 a.m. on Monday, December 20, 2021 at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church (formerly known as St. Sebastian Catholic Church), 3965 Merrick Street, Dearborn Heights, Michigan 48125 until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m.
