Won so many battles, but lost the War that started in 1959 against Juvenile Diabetes. Friend of Bill W. for 33 years. Leaves behind her darling husband, Edward Richard and like-a-son, Jason A. Malloy. Joins her father, Miguel Mendoza Garcia and her mother, Helen/Jan Dobecki Garcia, her dearly loved sister, Elizabeth Ann and her beloved cat, Bancha.

Catherine's wishes were to be cremated with no formal viewing. We will honor her wishes and hold a celebration of her life in the spring when we can join together with family, friends, and all who knew her and whose lives were touched by Catherine.
A Celebration of Catherine's Life will take place on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 2:03 pm at Park Place Banquet Hall, 23400 Park Street, Dearborn, Michigan48124.Catherine's wish was for this to be a casual celebration (no black clothes please).
