Beloved husband of Kathleen. Loving son of Marie and the late William Sr. Dear father of Charles Jr., Raven, Paige Tolbert and Jennifer Egan. Brother of James (Natasha), John (Marquida), William Jr. (Lisha) and Mia. Grandfather of Kylie, Breyanna, Laylah, Jayda, Jordynn, Allie, Kamaria and Jeremiah "Bub". He leaves behind many other family members and friends.
Visitation Thursday 2-8pm with the Funeral Service Friday 11:30am at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home.
