Dave passed away on Monday, October 23rd at the age of 60.  He is survived by Lisa, his loving wife of 41 years.  He is lovingly remembered by his sons, Justin, Nathan, Alan and Derek; his daughter-in-laws Rebecca and Hathaithip; grandchildren Alex and Boss; sister, Margaret Crain as well as many family and friends.

Visitation Monday 2:00 pm until the 7:00pm Funeral Service at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Rd., Garden City (Between Ford Rd. and Cherry Hill).

In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorials to Barbara Ann Karmanos Institute or Melanoma Research Foundation.
