Beloved husband of the late Rose. Loving Dad of Greg. Dearest brother-in-law of Robert Kukla; uncle to six nieces and nephews.

David was the owner and operator of Detroit Straightening Services, taking over the business after the untimely death of his father in 1968. In later years, he continued his career in the metal working industry before finally retiring.

David was a thoughtful thinker who always enjoyed a robust philosophical conversation. He was loved and appreciated and will be deeply missed.

Memorial Visitation Saturday, October 25th from 10 am until the 1 pm Family Sharing at the John N Santeiu and Son Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society.
