Age 70. 

Before beginning his career in the automotive industry, Dave worked in and co-owned a sound company that provided audio services for many musical bands visiting the Detroit area.

Dave's automotive career spanned several decades. He began working at Ford Motor Company in the late 1970s, later moving to the Troy Design facility. He then spent 18 years at General Motors in Flint as a Contract Engineer, where he became a valued member of the GM engineering family. Later he transferred to the Milford Proving Gournds, where he continued his work in noise and vibration engineering as a Special Test Engineer. 

Dave also enjoyed traveling and exploring the world. Over the years, he visited Japan, China, various countries throughout Europe, New Zealand, and Malaysia.

Dave is survived by his brothers, Ken and Gary; his sister-in-law, Diane; his nieces; Jennifer and Jamie; and his great-niece and nephews, Briana, Evan, and Bohdi. 

Cremation took place privately.
