David F. Smigielski. Age 63. Passed away December 26, 2013. Loving father of Kevin (Holly) Smigielski, Pamela (Chris) Smigielski and Kristin Smigielski. Former spouse of Constance. Cherished grandfather of Brianna, Olivia, Sean, Molly, MacKenzie and Karlie. Dearest brother of Diane (the late Jerry) Sikorski and Donald (Susan) Smigielski. David served in the United States Marine Corps from 1968 - 1974.

Visitation at Hackett-Metcalf Funeral Home on Sunday, December 29th from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. Instate 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 30th at St. Sebastian Catholic Church until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m.
