Dawn Darlene (Tovey) Bowler (83), was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

She was born to Leo and Shirley Tovey of Germfask, Michigan on September 23, 1938, and is survived by her sister Pamela Rutherford and brother Tim Tovey.

After high school Dawn attended Northern Michigan University where she obtained her degree in Criminal Jusitce.  She worked for and retired from the Center of Forensic Psychiatry after 32 years.

On November 30, 1957 she married her loving husband, Ernest Wesley Bowler, of 64 years, and together they had 3 children. Evan Bowler, Lynn (Louis) Hicks, and (preceded in death by) Randy Bowler.

Dawn not only was a loving wife and mother, but also grandmother to Ashley Bowler, Amber (Chris) Miracle, Cheryl (David) Boeve, and Wesley Bowler.

She enjoyed spending time in the kitchen, feeding her squirrels and birds, watching the Detroit Tigers play, but most of all spending time with her family. Dawn brought light and love to all that knew her. She will be remembered and deeply missed by all.

Per request cremation services were accorded. Memorial to be held at a later date.
