Deborah S. Roberts-Austin, Age 51, Passed away peacefully at home and went to be with her Lord on August 14, 2015.
Beloved and treasured wife of noble character to David. Dear mother of Jessica Roberts. Loving daughter of Glen and Judy Roberts; and daughter-in-law of Loraine and the late Don Austin. Oldest and precious sister of Donna (Eric) Woodfin, Kristin (Todd) Arbaugh and Jennifer (Michael) Hogan. Sister-in-law to John (Kathy) Austin and Amy Austin. Dearest aunt of Ben (Carrie), Kayla, Jordyn, Andrew, Madison, Nathan, Jace, Braden, Mia and Jett. Cherished niece, cousin and friend to many.
Debbie greatly enjoyed her Front Desk Attendant job at Canton Township's Summit on the Park recreation facility where she leaves behind many friends and acquaintances. Debbie loved the outdoors, especially spending summer time in the backyard pool. An avid reader and sports fan, she was also the consummate greeting card sender, never missing friends and relatives birthdays and anniversaries. Keeping in touch with her current, childhood and high school friends was a daily ritual.
She demonstrated her Christian faith through daily, personal bible study, and her love and kindness toward all with whom she came in contact. Her infectious smile brightened everyone's day. She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A special thanks to the wonderful staff at Karmanos Hospital on 5WN.
