Loving father of Anthony and Ryan. Beloved son of Charles and the late Betty. Dear brother of Charlie (Mary), Janis (Doug Foreman) Spears, Carol (Tom) Balfour, David (Renee) and the late Joyce Carter. Uncle of Kevin Spears, Jeffrey Spears, Justin Carter, Amanda Carter, Brian Balfour, and Lori Haberland.

Visitation Thursday  11am – 1 pm at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home.

Burial immediately following at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy.
