Donald Albert Plichta went to be with his Lord and Savior on September 15, 2013 at the age of 86.
Beloved husband of the late Bernice. Loving father of Susan (Thomas) Wnorowski, Lynn (Steve) Viforeanu, Cheryl & Matthew Plichta and the late Karen Cotter. Father-in-law of Steve (Sharon) Cotter. Grandfather of Ruth, Adam, Paula, April (Jordan) and Nicholas (Ashli). Great-grandfather of Lorelei.
Visitation Wednesday 2-8pm at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Rd. (between Ford Rd. and Cherry Hill), Garden City. In-state Thursday 9am until a 10am Funeral at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 27035 Ann Arbor Trail (east of Inkster Rd.). Memorials suggested to Immanuel Lutheran Church, Disabled American Veterans and the Alzheimer's Association.
