Doris Agnes Watterson.Age 94. Doris passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022. Beloved wife of the late John Wayne Watterson. Loving mother of Susan, Deborah, Lynn, Janice, Timothy, Dennis, Steven, Donald, Kevin, Karen, Jeffrey, Christopher and their spouses. Cherished Gummy of 32 grandchildren including the late Rob, Julie and Ron and 60 great grandchildren.Doris is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Rose and Ellen and her brother-in-law, Ken (Edna) Watterson.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Hackett-Metcalf Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. Instate 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, 19624 Wood Street, Melvindale 48122 until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to Angela Hospice, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation or to the National World War II Museum.
