Edward Korzetz, Sr., age 82, of Southgate, Michigan, passed peacefully away July 30, 2021.

Beloved husband of Antoinette (Nycek) Korzetz. Loving father of Lisa Korzetz, Edward Korzetz (Nicole), Jennifer McDonnell, Susan Korzetz and of the late Stephen M. Korzetz. Cherished grandpa of Caitlyn McDonnell, Sarah McDonnell, Stephen Korzetz and Abigail Korzetz. Caring son to the late Joseph and Stephanie (Gawenda) Korzetz. Dear brother to the late Joseph Korzetz and dear uncle to Denise Korzetz Botero, Brian Korzetz.and of the late Jay Korzetz.

Edward was born May 4, 1939 in Detroit, Michigan. He was a retired firefighter from the City of Southgate. Edward also attended trade school and worked as a carpenter. Deeply devoted to his family and loved by all. He was the family artist and loved to travel; including trips to Europe, Africa, South America and Asia.

A private graveside service will be held at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery in Brownstown Township.
