Loving husband of the late Lillian. Father of Kathy (Stan) Lukasik, Susan (Lloyd) Burley, Patricia (John Carey) Wozniak, and Joan Livingston. Grandfather of Melissa (Tim) Bossingham, Kevin Lukasik, Michael Lukasik, Kathleen (Tim) Mies, Suzanne (Adam) Terry, Amy (Keith) Meadows, Brittany Carey, Shelby (Pat) Mies, Kelly (Marty) Kohv, Rebecca (Angel) Carey, Blake Livingston, Elise Livingston, and Abby Livingston. Great Grandfather of 13. Brother of the late Gertrude (Harold) Johnson, William (Stella) Wozniak, and Raymond (Agnes) Wozniak.
Ed started Americo Corporation from the ground up in 1963, maintaining his position as Owner and President. He also served in the Navy during World War II in the South Pacific on an aircraft carrier, Bon Homme Richard. He will be greatly missed by many family members, friends, Moose Club, Friends of the Cardinal, Orchard Lake St. Mary's Ambassadors, Plum Hollow Country Club, Knights of Columbus Detroit, as well as fellow members of Divine Child Parish. Ed loved his family, friends, and neighbors. Ed along with his wife, Lillian, were devout Catholics who lovingly donated their time and tithe to both Madonna University and the Church of the Divine Child.
Memorial Visitation Thursday, January 26th, 2023, 2 pm - 8 pm with 6:30 pm Rosary at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home. Family will be receiving guests Friday, January 27, 2023, 9:30 am until the 10 am Memorial Mass at the Church of the Divine Child.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association.
