Elaine R. Glowacki, age 73 of Livonia, Michigan, died February 9, 2022. Elaine was born in Dearborn on October 17, 1948 to Ernest and Esther Molnar and would graduate from Edsel Ford High School.

Elaine is survived by her husband, Gerald Glowacki, her first husband David Debash, daughter Sandra Kollinger and her sister Ellen Filus; she is preceded in death by her twin sister Eileen Stewart.

Elaine retired from the Crestwood School District as a bus driver, enjoyed spending time around a pond that she dug (hence her Pondigger nickname) housing water lilies, koi fish, frogs and waterfalls, if she wasn't around her pond she was probably playing in the dirt around her flower gardens or quilting.

She was the type of person that was no frills, up front and the first to tell you so, and she would be there to support or help out the underdog.

A special thank you to everyone at DMC Harper University Hospital who oversaw her care during her last weeks.

Per Elaine's wishes she was cremated without a viewing or service.
