Eric M. Borg passed away suddenly at the age of 23 on January 19, 2021.

Those who knew Eric, have said they lost a true friend with an enormous heart.

Eric will be missed everyday by his father, Michael (Tami Kirn), his mother Dawn (Chris McLaud), his beloved sister Hayley Borg (Nick Fiore), his grandparents Frank & Margaret Borg and Bob & Pat Cassar

He is also survived by his aunts and uncles Bob & Laura Borg and Mark & Marie Borg; adored cousins Nick, Damian, Tatianna, Josh and Chris; cherished girlfriend Lillian Janis, and too many friends to list.

His dog Stella will also miss him and his hugs dearly.

Eric attended Salem High School in Canton and recently graduated from Central Michigan University in 2020. He was employed at Roush Technologies in Dearborn Michigan.

Eric was an avid hockey player and enthusiast. It was a passion that brought him and his friends together in his backyard rink, on the frozen ponds and many other ice rinks across the U.S. and Canada.

His true love was early modern history and creative writing, he just completed his first book, and was in the process of trying to get it published.

Words can not express how deeply Eric will be missed by his friends, family and all who knew him.
