Ernest "Ernie" T. Majestic was born to Steve and Constance on May 20, 1931 in Ubly, Michigan. He was the dear brother of the late Steve (Mary), the late Tony (Patricia), the late Elmer (Lucille), the late Leonard (Dorothy) and Harold (Mary Ellen) and a dear uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Ernie loved to share his childhood stories of working in the family's general store or working on the family farm with his brother's in Ubly. He was quite an athlete, excelling in baseball and boxing. Ernie joined and proudly served in the United States Marines after high school.

After serving in the Marines, Ernie met the love of his life, Audrey Schock, of Minden City. Ernie and Audrey married and made their home in Garden City where they raised their two children, David (Susan, daughters Stefani and Angela) and Diane. Ernie was a tool maker and retiree of General Motors.

Ernie loved to golf, proudly making two hole in one's in his lifetime. He loved the Detroit Tigers and was a devout Detroit Lions fan. He enjoyed spending his days gardening, golfing, weekends in Tawas with Diane and his grand dog Leo and day trips to the casino. But most of all, he loved spending his time with his cherished daughter, Diane and her wonderful friends who became his extended family. Ernie was a second father and grandfather to many.

He will live on forever in our hearts.
