IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Eva
Herman
January 23, 1958 – October 11, 2020
Beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Eva Herman, age 62, has made her transition into Heaven on Sunday evening, October 11, 2020.
Eva entered this Earth on January 23, 1958 in Roșia-Beiuș, Bihor, Romania. She peacefully passed away at Beaumont Hospital of Dearborn, Michigan surrounded by her closest loved ones.
Eva married husband Vasile Herman on September 11, 1977. Eva is survived by her wonderful husband Vasile; sister Viorica and her husband Trandafir Ardelean, daughter Mihaela and her husband Dorin Cipleu; son Emil and his wife Monica; son John; her 12 most dearly loved grandchildren: Debora, David, Joshua, Benjamin, Miriam, Daniel, Joseph, James, Emma, Bianca, Rebeca, and Diana; along with numerous sisters and brothers in-law and nieces and nephews.
Although Eva persevered through decades of illnesses and complications, her faith in the Lord was never once shaken; she stood firm through it all. She recited Psalm 30 and Psalm 91 during every dialysis session and every hospital stay, and always found strength in these passages throughout her life. She especially recited Psalm 91:7 through the coronavirus pandemic knowing it will not harm her every time she had to go for dialysis. She cherished every second she got to spend with her most dearly loved family and loved having her home filled with her grandchildren. Eva enjoyed telling her "miracle stories" and praised God through them.
Eva is preceded in death by her father, Stefan Dumea, mother Ecaterina Dumea, and stepmother Eva Dumea.
Eva was a member at First Romanian Pentecostal Church of Romulus, Michigan. She was a very faithful servant to the Lord during her time on Earth, and now resides in His Heavenly Kingdom, where we will be reunited with her one glorious day.
Rest in peace, Eva Herman.
