Age 86.

Beloved wife of the late Emmanuel. Caring mother of Judith (Jose) Rodriguez, Michael (Anne) Agius, Elizabeth (Christian Klein) Agius, and Pauline Raymond. Cherished grandmother of Luis (Brooke) Rodriguez, Kevin Rodriguez, Elaina (Joseph) Stanichuk, Michael Agius, Matthew Agius, George (Jennese) Raymond, and Alexa Raymond. Dear great-grandmother of George, Bryce, Theodore, Evan, Winona.

Frances was born in St. Pauls Bay, Malta.  She graduated from St. Vincent's High School in Detroit. She married Emmanuel in 1958 and they devoted their lives to their children, and especially loved doting on their grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Frances enjoyed traveling with her husband, visiting casino's, and spending as much time with her family as she could.

Visitation Sunday 3-8pm with a 7 pm Rosary at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Road, Garden City (Between Ford Road and Cherry Hill). In State Monday 10am until the 10:30am Funeral Mass at St. Linus Catholic Church, 25500 Hass (between Ford & Warren, west of Gulley).
