After a long battle with dementia, Frances Harvey passed into eternal life on her 85 ^th birthday, March 29, 2020.  Frances was very proud of her career as a Registered Nurse, working in various hospitals across the United States as she traveled with her husband during his military career.  While a long-time resident of Altus, Oklahoma, Frances was an avid gardener and member of the local garden club, antique collector, and fitness enthusiast who jogged and attended karate class.

Frances was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Arthur Harvey, her parents Joe and Mae SeaKelly, and sisters Janice Wooten and Sandra Seakelly.  She leaves behind her son Gary Michael Harvey (wife Vickye), grandsons John, David, and Stephen, her sister Sharon (Jack) Calandros, brother Bob (Kay) SeaKelly, and multiple nieces and nephews.

Frances will be laid to rest at Highland Memorial Gardens, near her hometown of Logan, West Virginia.
