It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Francis "Frank" J. McGeary at the age of 86.

He was the beloved husband of the late Lynda and a cherished father to Sally (Peter) Papa, Karen (Dennis) Walker, David (Dawn) McGeary, Daniel (Tracy) McGeary, Frank (Michelle) McGeary, and Jennifer (MJ) Jessen. Frank was a devoted grandfather to Ryan (Marisa) Papa, Katelin Papa, Emily (Joseph) Himmelspach, Megan (Michael) Dumouchelle, Amanda (Ty Reid) Walker, Marissa (Dennis) Brown, Brittany McGeary, Andrew McGeary, Brian (Jackie) McGeary, Justine (Matthew) Pasqualini, Gregory (Leah) McGeary, Eric McGeary, Jacob McGeary, Nicholas McGeary, Nolan McGeary and Lilly Jessen. He was also a proud great-grandfather to Dane, Bodhi, Rio, Fiona, Desi, Jaxson, Greyson, Annabelle, Cash, Oakley, Declan, Preston, Carson, Vivian, and two more great-grandchildren on the way. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family, friends, and his beloved dog, Oscar.

Frank served in the U.S. Army from 1957 to 1960, spending 28 months stationed in Germany. He spent most of his career with Coffee House, a vending company. He was deeply proud of his family and Irish heritage. Known for his sense of humor and quick wit, he always had a one-liner ready. He loved all kinds of music and would often dance to "Shout" at weddings with his grandchildren. Frank was a fan of hockey, football, baseball, and golf. He will be dearly missed by everyone who loved him.

Memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, November 10th, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Memories will be shared from 2:00 to 2:30 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 2:30 p.m. at John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Angela Hospice.
