On Sunday, November 14, 2021, Fred Raymond Chasey, of Dearborn Heights, passed away at age 77.

Fred was born on July 10, 1944 to Herman and Josephine (Bushing) Chasey. He went to Southwestern High School, where he graduated salutatorian of his class. He worked installing heating and cooling equipment throughout the Detroit Metro area.

On May 1, 1965, he married the love of his life, Sandra Kolasinski. They were married for 56 years until her passing on August 6, 2021.

He is survived by two sons, Ty (Mandi), of Alger and Kyle, of Dearborn Heights, two siblings, Richard (Louise) of Grosse Ile, Michigan and Florence (Milt) of Richardson, Texas, and two grandsons, Liam and Tristan.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 10:00 AM at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home.
