Age 91

Beloved sister of Agnes Evlow, Kathryn Karnish, John Galeas and the late Steve Galeas, Helen Trombley, Peter Galeas and Chuck Galeas.  Loving aunt of Marilyn (Stan) Silka, Ron (MaryJane) Galeas, Chuck (Ying) Galeas, Doug Galeas, John (Sue) Galeas and Joey Karnish.  Also survived by many grand nieces, nephews and great grand nieces and nephews.  She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed especially by Len Gee.

Georgia participated thru the years in many organization.  She graduated from Bank Marketing University of Colorado.  The organizations included, Womens Economic Club of Detroit, President of the Dearborn Business & Professional Womens Club (where she was awarded Woman of the Year), President of Dearborn Soroptmist International (awarded Person of the Year), and President of National Bank of Detroit (NBD) now Chase Bank.  At The National Bank of Detroit, she worked there for 47 years, belonged to the Key Club for 15 years, belonged to the Retirees Club and helped to plan big functions at the Dearborn Fairlane Club with lunch and speakers for years.  Georgia served as Treasurer for Quail Run Condo Association in Westland, worked bingo at the Dyer Senior Center for years and was a teller at St. Anne Catholic Church in Detroit for years.

Visitation Wednesday 5-8pm with at Memorial Service at 6pm at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Rd., Garden City (Between Ford Rd. and Cherry Hill).
