Gerald J. Kalvelage passed away Tuesday February 21, 2023 at the age of 91.  Survived by his children Janine Rosenbergh, Daniel (Ann), and Kathryn Fritz; grandchildren Jennifer, Gary, Danielle, Christopher, Christina and David; great grandchildren Jordan, Michael, Ceara, Raegan, Lucille, Joseph, Rosemary, Samantha and Maelyn; as well as his dear friend Catherine Winek.  Predeceased by his parents Francis and Anna, and siblings; Francis, Charles, Elizabeth Reinhart and Donald.

Family and friends may visit at St. Thomas a'Becket Catholic Church, 555 S. Lilley Rd., Canton (west of Haggerty, just south of Cherry Hill), on Monday March 6 ^th , 2023 from 10 am until the time of the Funeral Mass at 10:30 am.

Gerald will be laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Karmanos Cancer Institute or Angela Hospice.
