Obituary
Geraldine Helene Umerlik, age 80, February 11, 2011.
Our loving Mother went into the arms of our Lord after a brief illness that she fought with courage and dignity which is how Mom also lived her life.
She is greatly missed and survived by her children Pamela, Jacquelyn (Robert) King, Beverly (Mark) Liske, Gerald (Dawn), John, James (Christa), 8 grandchildren David, Dana, Robert, Rachel, Kevin, Keith, Heather & Dante, and 3 great-grandchildren Javen, Faith & Hailey. She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene and grandson Keith Buerkle.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, Feb. 26th at 10 AM at SS Simon & Jude Church, 32500 Palmer Rd. Westland MI 48186 followed by a luncheon at noon at the Church Hall to celebrate her life.
In lieu of flowers please consider donating to SS Simon & Jude Parish or their building fund.
