Jerry passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2019.
Beloved husband of Debra J. Sarb.
Loving dad of Brianne Sarb, Gerad (Michelle) Sarb, Ian Sarb and Colin Sarb. Proud Grumpa of Gavin, Seamus, Alessa and Joey. Dearest son of the late Gerard Sr. and Patricia Sarb.

There will be a Memorial Gathering for family and friends at Hackett Metcalf Funeral Home on Monday, December 23, 2019 from 11:00 am. Until 5:00 pm.
