Gordon Charles Horvath. Age 83. Gordon passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Margaret Ann Horvath. Loving father of John and Amy (Paul) Cooper. Proud grandpa of Evan, Kenna and Emmerie. Gordon served in the United State Marine Corps. He was also a firefighter for the city of Dearborn Heights,a Post Commander for the Dearborn VFW Post #2107 and a retiree of Ford Motor Company.

Visitation Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at Hackett-Metcalf Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Instate 9:30 a.m. Thursday, October 6, 2016 at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, 4855 Parker Street, Dearborn Heights, Michigan 48125 until the time of Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
