Henry John Lemmens . Henry passed away on Thursday, December 30, 2021. Beloved husband of Beverly. Dear father of Dr. Dawn N. (Sam) Rosser. Loving brother of Gerard (Annie Meyssen) Lemmens, Adriaan "Leon" (Gertrude DuPont) Lemmens and Jos (Greetje Speelman) Lemmens. Dear papa of Eric, Cassidy, Jude and Eden. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in Belgium.

Henry was an automotive diesel mechanic with Ford Motor Company for 36 years. He was an avid skier and marksman. He was a handyman, who could fix anything. He was a devout Catholic with a special devotion to the Virgin Mary. One of his proudest moments was becoming an American citizen.

Visitation will be on Monday, January 3, 2022 at Hackett-Metcalf Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. Instate 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church (formerly known as St. Sebastian Catholic Church), 3965 Merrick Street, Dearborn Heights, Michigan 48125 until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m.
