Beloved son, brother, and uncle Ioan "John" Joshua Herman, 28, has departed this Earth at his home on Tuesday evening, December 22, 2020. John was born on October 2, 1992 in Dearborn, Michigan to his late mother, Eva, and father Vasile Herman.

John is survived by his father, Vasile Herman; sister Mihaela and her husband Dorin Cipleu; brother Emanuel and his wife Monica Herman; nieces Debora, Miriam, Emma, Bianca, Rebeca, and Diana; nephews David, Joshua, Benjamin, Daniel, Joseph, and James; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

John was born a miracle baby. His late mother, Eva, suffered many complications during her pregnancy. Doctors predicted that he will be born with many mental and physical disabilities. They warned that Eva will die giving birth and that he will have a very small chance to live past infancy. Despite all of this, his mother persevered and his parents put all their faith in God. On October 2, 1992, John was born perfectly healthy; his mother survived the pregnancy and birth, leaving doctors in awe. John continued to live 28 more years until suffering from a heart attack in his home.

John had a tender heart and a smile that would light up the room. He knew exactly how to make anyone laugh in any situation. He loved his siblings, parents, nieces, and nephews tremendously. John helped take care of his mother, day and night, until her passing.
