Our beloved Mother Irene Kulpa, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother passed away peacefully on 12/17/2021 at the age of 99 years young. A lifelong Michigan resident of Dearborn Heights and Dearborn, was adored among her family, friends and church community. She spent much of her time making crafts, golfing, playing cards and traveling with friends and her late husband Raymond 'Ray' to several destinations including their Barefoot Bay Florida Retreat. She was known as a compassionate and generous woman who could make friends with anyone, and enjoyed dessert at any time of day. She was also a long standing member of the Christian Women's Group at St. Linus Parish in Dearborn Heights.

Irene is survived by her loving daughter Michelle Mikulec, son-in-law Tom Mikulec, her son Raymond Kulpa, daughter-in-law Loreta, sister-in-law Lillian Plagens, and six devoted Grandchildren, Lindsey (Steve) Manza, Michael (Allison) Mikulec, Katherine (Michael) McQueen, Raymond 'Ronnie' (Sarah) Kulpa, Mathew (Jamie) Kulpa, and Stephen (Lauren) Kulpa, and 9 great Grandchildren who cared deeply for their "Grandma". She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A day of remembrance will be scheduled at a future date to best accomodate COVID restrictions and safety requirements.
