On April 24th, 2022, our silly, loving, and sweet Jack passed away at the age of 33. Jack was son of the late Steven and Jody Dodge, brother to Devan and Dustin Dodge, and uncle to Louis and Isabel (Dustin).

Though Jack faced never ending medical issues due to Marfan syndrome, a ruptured brain aneurysm, and loss of mobility on his left side, he was still full of life and joy. His goal in life was to become a motivational speaker for those trying to overcome their addictions.

A celebration of life will be held on Jack's birthday. June 28, 2022. Please contact the family for more information.
