Age 70

James returned home on December 7, 2020.  Jim was a faith-filled servant of God and a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend who always had a grin on his face, a sparkle in his eye and a joke to share.  He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Lori Janicke, sons; Matt (Molly) Janicke and Nick (Christine) Janicke, grandchildren; Ellie, Suzie and George Janicke, sister, Cindy (Dick) Rakovan and countless friends.  Jim had a heart of gold and was gifted at spreading love, joy and laughter to all those he encountered.  Whether you knew Jim for minutes or years, you were left forever impacted by his joyfulness and positivity. His vibrant personality, kindness, integrity, strength, and eternal optimism will be forever cherished by his loved ones.

Memorial visitation will be held Friday at Church of the Divine Child at 9 am followed by a Memorial Mass at 10.
