James H. Scruggs, age 83, December 10, 2011. Beloved husband of Lorraine. Dear father of Kathleen Stone and Jamie (James) Williamson. Grandfather of Melissa (Daniel) Rosloniec, Erin Stone, Kelly (Oliver) Muessig, Kevin Stone, MaryBeth (Kevin) DeGrood and Brian Stone. Brother of LouAnn (George) Jones.
