Beloved wife of the late Donald LaChance and the late Thomas Jakubiec, Sr. Loving mother of Thomas (Caroline) Jakubiec, Jr., Tammy (Tim) Eilola, and Timothy (Autumn) LaChance. Cherished grandmother of Tommy III, Austin, Trisha (Kenny), Theresa (Scotty), Lake, Colton, Landon, and Lance. Adored great-grandmother of Mirabella, Marlow, Tucker, and Ryder.
Visitation Tuesday 10am until the 1pm Funeral Service at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 N. Inkster Road, Garden City (between Ford Road and Cherry Hill).
