Obituary
Jerry Parsons passed peacefully at home in Colorado on January 28, 2012 with family by his side. Born on January 12, 1931 in Detroit, MI and lived in Garden City for 50 years.
He is survived by his daughters, Debby, Donna (Jon) Womack, Alexis (the late Doug) Garneau, Cynthia (Neale) Parsons, Mary (Eddie) Salvetti, Geri (Glen) Collins, and Helene (Paul) Benbrook.
Beloved grandfather of 14 and great-grandfather of 5. He was preceeded in death by his wife, Mary Catherine Parsons and brother Robert Parsons.
He has been the inspiration of his family's love.
Proudly served in the U.S. Army 1951-1953.
Visitation Thursday 2-9pm with a 7pm Rosary. Funeral service Friday 11:30am at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Rd., Garden City(Between Ford Rd. & Cherry Hill).
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to the American Lung Association, 8207 Callaghan Rd. #140, San Antonio, TX 78230.
