Beloved husband of the late Mary. Dear father of Maurice (Marilyn), and Lolita. Loving grandfather of Jessica (Jordan) Carrington, Alexis (Hunter) Coram, and Jocelynn Amerson. Great grandfather of Giovanni, Isabella, and Jaden. Brother of Mary Brown, Robert (Sue) Amerson, and the late James and Zephaniah.

In state Friday, 11 am until the 12 pm Funeral Service at Christ Reform Baptist Church II, 17610 Joy Rd., Detroit. Burial will take place 3pm at Roseland Park Cemetery in Berkley.
