Obituary
Joanna Louise Olson, nee Czarnik, of Redford, MI, age 79 passed away Friday, June 23, 2017 at Garden City Hospital.
She was born August 21, 1937 in Delray to Louis & Rose Czarnik.
Joanna graduated from St. Andrew's in Detroit in 1955. She retired from St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia, MI. She also was a member of St. John Bosco Church. Her hobbies included crochet, travel, and reading.
Joanna is survived by her children Yvonne Tenant, Tim (Kelli), Dan (Suzanne) and Sheila Olson. Her grandchildren Jessica, Stephen, Lauren, Hannah and Kaitlyn and her great granddaughter Harmony. Her siblings Irene Zaloga, Norbert Czarnik and Andrew Czarnik.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donation can be made to your favorite charity or Pedal-with-Pete.org Cerebral Palsy fundraiser in honor of "Team Lauren Tenant".
