It is with the deepest sadness we announce the passing of John William Fox on September 13, 2023, at 77 years of age. John was the beloved husband of Janis, married for 56 years. Dear father to two daughters Christina (Philippe) and Catharine (Philip) and proud grandfather to six grandchildren Elisabeth, Alexandre, Philip, Sophie, Kathleen and Jack. Brother to Frances (Lewis). Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Eileen, his sister Margaret and brother Joseph. John was born in Windsor, Ontario and grew up in Detroit, Michigan where he graduated from St. Mary's of Redford in 1964. John cherished time with his family and friends and always enjoyed new experiences and adventures, including time spent in nature. He loved of all types of music and felt music is life. John also loved traveling and friendships with the Miata Club of Southeast Michigan.
So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

Saturday, September 30, 2023, there will be an Instate at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 22430 Michigan Avenue Dearborn, MI 48124 at 10:30 a.m. with a Mass following at 11:00 a.m.
