Age 79.
Beloved husband to the love of his life Shirley for 58 years. Loving father of Shelley (John) McDermott, Dawn (Tom and the late Gary) Chiti, Wendy (David) Stratton and Brett (Michelle) Slotka. Cherished grandpa and papa of Zachary (Kayla), Dakota, Hanna, Allison (Dave), Heather, Jessica (Jeff), Maxwell (Kara), Emma, Jack and the late Jillian. Adored great grandfather of John, Liam, James, and one on the way. Dearest brother of Rosemary (Whitey) Woodcock and the late Suzanne (Nathan) Hale. Loving brother-in-law and best friend of Tony and Mary Rojeski and Bob (Michelle) Michalak. He was very dearly loved and will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends, especially his business partner and dear friend Herb Alfaro.
Visitiation Thursday, January 30, 2020, 2-8pm with an Evening Rosary at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Road, Garden City (Between Ford Road and Cherry Hill). In State Friday, January 31, 2020, 12pm until the 12:30pm Funeral Mass at St. Mary, Our Lady of the Snows, 1955 E. Commerce Street, Milford (West of S. Duck Lake Road on the North Side of E. Commerce Street).
Memorials suggested to the Michigan Humane Society and the Wounded Warrior Project.
Burial to take place Monday, February 3, 2020, 1:30pm, at St. Hedwig Cemetery, 23755 Military Road, Dearborn Heights (East of Telegraph).
