John Szafranski Age 85
Beloved husband of the late May. Dear father of Sharon (the late Terry) Filas, Arlene (Robert) Schmitzer, Karen (Walter) Kurek and Linda (Dave) Skiver. Grandfather of Emily, Nathan, Jacob, Laura, Julie and John. Brother of Helen (Tom) Lobkovich, Joseph and the late Virginia and Mary.
Visitation Friday 2-8pm with a 7pm service (Panachyda) at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 N. Inkster Rd., Garden City (Between Ford Rd. & Cherry Hill). In state Saturday 10am followed by the 10:30am funeral liturgy at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Ukrainian Catholic Church (Byzantine), 26667 Joy Rd., (between Inkster & Beech Daly).
In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorials to OLPH Church.
