To know him, is to remember him.

On October 29, 1955, Edward and Delphine Zebrowski welcomed a son, John Stanley, into the world. Born for greatness, John immediately claims his spot in history, and becomes one of the newest members of the Baby Boomer Generation. Detroit, Michigan, was rocked to its core.

John grew up in Garden City, where he eventually marries his longtime love, Linda. The couple were happily married for 19 years, had three beautiful children, and though divorced, they remained close friends until his final day.

John is survived by his loving children, Emily (Spencer) Lane, John (Taryn) Zebrowski, and Jessica Zebrowski. He is also survived by his sister Renee (David) Diroff, sister Kathleen (David) Nagel, and brother Edward (Lee) Zebrowski. Also surviving are his 5 beautiful grandchildren, Eliana, Amelia, Penelope, Evangeline, and Bryce.He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. John was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Donald Cook.

John retired from General Motors, and, also, worked for Roush Racing. He loved many things but most of all he loved his Sunday Nascar races. He always supported the Roush drivers.  He spent his life gaining knowledge on cars. He was always the go to guy if you had any questions, or needed work done on your car.  He was also probably Neil Young's number one fan, a super fan if you will. He had every album, would go to every concert, knew every fact. There will never be a song that plays by Neil that will not automatically take you back to memory lane and instantly have you thinking about John. The King is gone, but never forgotten.

John left a lasting impression wherever he went. Those who knew him, respected him. John was free-spirted and beat to his own drum.
