Loving husband of Joan for 57 years. Beloved father of Gregory (Gale), David (Sonia), Jerome (Julie), Cynthia (Stephen) Slessinger, Elizabeth (John III) Santeiu and Michael (Lisa). Dear grandfather of Mason, Wren, Clare, Samantha (William), John IV, Keri, Clarissa and Allie Renee'. Step grandfather of Austin, Melanie, Stacy and Joseph. Brother of William (Julie) and Robert (Carol).

Visitation Wednesday 2-8pm with a 7pm Rosary at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home, 1139 Inkster Rd., Garden City. (Between Ford Rd. and Cherry Hill.) In State Thursday 10am followed by the 11am Funeral Service at St. Kateri, 16101 Rotunda Drive, between Greenfield and Southfield Roads, in Dearborn.

In lieu of flowers family suggests donations to the Dr. Tom and Joan Powaser Endowment for Pediatric Clinical Services at the Center for Exceptional Families, donations payable to Oakwood Foundation.
