Joseph John Pretko Jr. "Joey". Age 41. Joey passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021. Loving Dad of Aidan. Dearest Son of Joseph (Renate) Pretko Sr. and Elaine (James) Dace. Cherished brother of Kristin (Chris) Bott. Grandson of Walter (the late Anna) Pretko and the late Edward and Dolores Zukosky. Step-father of Danielle and Brittni. Step-brother of Jamie (Robert), Michelle (Ryan), Bradley and Tracey. Uncle of Melanie, Natalie, Lucas, Courtney, Ty and Ava. Joey was loved by many. He will also be missed by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. He was employed at Fairlane Town Center in Dearborn as a Building Engineer.

Visitation will be at Hackett-Metcalf Funeral Home on Friday, September 3, 2021 from 1:00 pm until the time of the Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. There will be a Committal Service on Saturday, September 4, 2021 in the Chapel at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, 18303 Allen Road, Brownstown Township, MI 48193 at 11:00 a.m.
